You know how Evergreen locals pretend they don't want tourists to find the good spots? We’re lying.

We just want you to hit the right ones—the kind of places where the mountain air does half the work. Sure, you could chase chain restaurants off I-70, but that’s like ordering a burrito at a sushi bar.

Instead, think fly-fishing the Bear Creek stretch one morning, then grabbing a honey lavender scoop from the Creamery by noon. The range here goes from legit art galleries to a lodge where the elk basically own the lawn.

Trust me, I’ve done the research. Scroll on for the real Evergreen lineup.
